NBP is a new venture but its partners and employees are very experienced. We specialize in real estate investments and developments within regions that are considered to be Tax-Havens. Our company has been formed in Belize with representations on the islands and in Central America. We provide investment opportunities to investors that are sophisticated and are looking for high rates of return while understanding the risks associated with real estate investments.

Our specialty is to locate emerging markets and take position in those markets prior to them being famous for being “hot” markets. Our investment managers have been successful in identifying such markets in the past in both North America, Eastern Europe and Central America. Now our managers launched NBP a venture that will focus on up and coming Belize and Panama while always on the look out for more undervalued investments in Costa Rica, Mexico and the Caribbean islands.

We have already purchased land in Belize and Panama which we will commence construction upon completion of financing.

The investment Vehicle we offer is structured as a Limited Partnership (“LP”) where our firm acts as the General Partner (“GP”). LP units are sold to our investors and in compliance with securities laws and guidelines in their home jurisdiction.
